Don't sow too closely

Vegetables in the greenhouse or in the garden - a must for many amateur gardeners. When sowing vegetables, however, you have to pay attention to a few things.

Choose the correct distance
Because the space is quite limited, it is often sowed a little more closely. But this is not recommended because the plants need enough space to develop properly. Depending on the size, sometimes more, sometimes less. If you create your garden not only as an ornamental garden, but also as a utility garden, you will definitely find have ever tried to plant lettuce. This is usually not difficult, but it can also be disappointing if you do not keep the correct distances. Because there are a lot of things you can do wrong, even if many don't believe that at first. Corn salad and cut salads: A planting distance of 10 centimeters should be observed for lamb's lettuce. Cut salads are also good with 10 centimeters.
Endive, lettuce and other leaf salads: Endive, lettuce and other leafy salads should be 30 centimeters apart.
Radish: At 15 centimeters you can find radishes, the row spacing of which can be kept at 4 centimeters.
Parsley and spinach: Parsley should be 20 centimeters away from the neighbor, as should spinach.
Kohlrabi, radish and winter onions: Kohlrabi, radish and winter onions need a full 25 centimeters. The row spacing is between 5 and 10 centimeters.

Those who plant far enough apart can ultimately harvest more and richer because the plants develop better. They are also tastier.
